I've never been complaining about any of the blogs nor giving compliments to any. But this time, since i'm writing to FT, i decided to speak out my observation and experience, both good and bad.

I've recently entered a new blog, BonitaChikas and was shocked to see one of the pic there. The owner of the blog took the pic belong to other blogshop and made the pic theirs. They even erased the name of the blog which they stole the pic from. Moreover, their photoshop skill is awfully bad!

Any active online shopper would know immediately that this is the typical pic from Doublewoot. Isn't it?

They are so unethical to actually erased the name of the blog and replaced it with theirs!

And i found the exact same pic from Doublewoot:

I normally dont give a damn about others stealing pics or whatsoever but this time, i've decided to speak this out bcos i think this blogshop is too much. I seriously doubt if they asked the permission of Doublewoot before posting the pic up. And i think it's unlikely that any blogshop who took the effort of taking good pics would allow other blogshops to edit their pics in such a bad way.

The similar situation also seen in Ablinc and Footy Bag. Their using the same pic for the same item. Wonder who stole who's pics.

I mean, isn't it soooo obvious that ablinc took the pic from pumpkin and photoshopped the background? There're more but i couldn't remember which one.

I've never bought from any of the blogs above, hence i dunno how's their service.

Blogs which i've purchased/enquired with:

-Midnight Glam - i recently enquired about the puffy skirt from them. They provided me great service and despite not being able to send out the parcel on the day that i wanted, their service is still one of the best that i've enjoyed! am now waiting eagerly for my puffy skirt to be delivered!

-Fascinate - though the replies were not really prompt, but the way they replied was a polite one. I even got free gifts from them!

-Fashionology - one of my favourite slogshop. i bought a few times from them and everytime, i'm happy with my purchases. especially the skinnies and kimono!

-Lush Serendipity -heard about all the issues regarding her service. Would not regard their service as top-notched, but it's okay la though delivery was slow and not on time.

-Nerds - They have nice stuffs but i don really like their service as they like to rush me to purchase. I enquired about certain items twice from them. But i ended up with nothing from their blog because they kept asking "Are u taking the items?" and not answering my questions/doubts about the items. There was once when i was interested in one of their top and asked few questions about it. At first, they replies were still polite, albeit they kept asking whether i was going to take it anot. i then asked if they can model the top for me to see as it is not modelled on their blog. Guess what, they just ignored me and disappeared! i m definitely not going back to them anymore no matter how nice their stuffs are.

hi fashion truth.. regarding to the complaint above, we're sorry.
if its the case that the respective customer has stated, we roughly know which customer it is, cuz we only have ONE case like this. (to the respective buyer, please email us if u're the one, or not the one we're talking about. we'd love to sort this out with u to dissolve ur dissatisfaction. =) )

we are truly sorry about that as we are facing out final sem now and seriously, we have no extra time to re-take the pics again.. we even stated in our blog that we are gonna stop updating for a month or 2 due to the upcoming finals..

its not that we ignore her mails(we're sorry if we made her think so), we are still arranging time for us to take the picture which is a basic top in white (we modelled for teal and black), and then only attach the photo in the reply.

and about her saying that we keep asking "are u taking the items?", we have something to say about this.

the reason for asking such question is because alot of customers do not tell us whether they want the piece anot. a lot of customers always enquire about the items, and we reply politely and patiently, they say they're confirm with the purchase, but ended up they back out without mailing us, and dun even pick up calls when we call them personally. i think it is very irresponsible for them to do so as we are doing business, we need to get back to other customers as to whether the items are available. with reserving to someone that does not reply or does not confirm, it causes us a lot of troubles. thats why most of the time, we'd prefer the buyer telling us whether she wants to reserve it or what, so that we can change the status in the blog promptly and cause less confusion to other buyers..

we answered all of the questions that customers ask. and as for her saying that we were polite in our 1st few replies, thats is not true cuz we only got her emails for like twice, enquiring about the items. and the 1st time she didnt reply after we said the prices are fixed and no discount would be given. so i dun think its our fault for that. for the 2nd time asking for the modelled pic, like said above, we are busy thats why the delay in replying. sincerely sorry about that. =)

we have returning customers too.. they praised us for our service and freebies given. we have never faced this kind of complaints b4..
we hope buyers out there can understand, we have our studies and life to deal with, too. and we, as sellers, do not like getting back outs. thts why the urge in confirming the sale. sorry if that offended any of the buyers out there.
