1. the layout in FT is so much easier and organized. (we can't seem to find a good layout for BoF)
2. FT already have its own logo, and most people have already linked FT.

Reader 209
Hey there, fashion truth, due to the orangelittle issue raised by reader 207, I decided to share my shopping experience with all the readers :)
Recently, I'd purchased a pair of gorgeous wedges from orangelittle. Being the first-timer in her blogshop, I did not put high expectation on the services that I was going to experience. Little did I know, I was surprised that the seller was really polite throughout our conversation in e-mail which eventually switched to sms mode. I had a great time chatting with her, and she was patient enough to attend to my multiple queries.
Besides, she knew that I was a new customer in orangelittle, but the level of trust which she possessed has certainly impressed me. I supposed to arrange COD between my friend and her due to my hectic schedule where I couldn't meet her for the COD. In exchange, I volunteeered to deposit the money a day before the COD as I would want to conceal the order (mind you, the wedges is so eff-ing gorgeous). However, when I wanted to deposit the money, the ATM machine screwed me up and I couldn't perform any transfer, thus I sms her to inform her bout this matter. To my surprise (yes she always surprised me), she totally understand my situation and in fact she offered to hand in the money on the COD day itself. So, during the COD, my friend paid her the amount, and on the next day I met my friend to see the item. I was so satisfied with the wedges, let alone with the free gift...and her superb service. Despite the transaction has already settled, she would still checked on me whether I was satisfied with the wedges. For that, I would not only give her two thumbs up..I am now recommending my friends to visit her blogshop.
And for reader 207, probably there was some misunderstanding during that time. People do mistake. Do give orangelittle a second chance. You'll definately not going to regret it :)
On a lighter note, since I am already writing to you, I would want to credit few blogshops owners who totally deserve such honour. First and foremost would be mischief-inc. Her products are off good quality, and I could safely say the products are reasonably priced. For that, mischief-inc has certainly satisfied customers like me who is looking for products which are in good quality and affordable price. Don't miss out her awesome free postage promo.
Secondly, to my dear duskywings. The blogshop owner is really understanding and caring. I could say, her main priority is her customers' happiness, and for that she really made my day better when I was going through a tough time. Really nice of her :)
Oh and not to forget, her shoes are really gorgeous and I had already placed an order for one of the shoes.
To afashionreborn, you girls are the bomb. There was once where I wanted to purchase one dress from their site but I was doubtful on the size fitting. After few conversations, I was amazed on their honesty and integrity. They told me that there might be high possibilities that the dress wouldn't fit me nicely and adviced me not to purchase it. How kind of them for telling me such where they could lose a customer by just saying that. For that, I applaud them for their professional behaviour in handling business.
Phew...so here goes my mail about my shopping experiences. Love these blogshops to bits.
Love, C

Reader 207
Dear FT
i want to write what i think about Orange Little.
i was at the 3K bazaar on sunday evening. i think it was about 6+pm when i went there. alot of stalls have closed. but if i'm not wrong, the closing time is only at about 9pm.
so i was looking through Orange Little's stuff, the wedges in particular. and i wanted to ask how much was it and whether they have my size.
but Orange Little's owner, i think. the person taking care of the stall was too carried away with her conversation with another seller of the booth in front of theirs. so i was like.. in the middle. orange little owner in front of me, and the other seller at the back of me. and they were talking to each other as if i was invisible!!!
and i clearly looked like i wanted to ask them a question coz i was holding the shoes trying to ask her. but she didn't bothered.
after she finished talking to the other seller, she decided to entertain me in a couldn't-care-less attitude. and told me to refer to her site for more options.
i dont mind if sellers ask me to refer to their sites for more options, but the way she did it, the way she told me.. i just didn't like it at all.
i really hope that Orange Little change their attitude towards customers and be more serious when it's 'work time'.
would like to post this up so that the other sellers know what sort of attitude just turn customers off.
thanks.
