Hi guys,
I'm quite a big time shopaholic, and like everyone else, I appreciate good treatment and courtesy from sellers.
So about a little while back, I placed orders for a few items from different sellers :
My house was broken into, my laptop and wallets, bank cards, identifications were all gone.
I had no means of contacting these sellers and of course, had a cash flow problem as all everything was gone.
So I went to a cyber cafe, to contact these sellers and let them know of my condition.
I was sincerely interested in their items, so I asked if they could reserve them for me until I could pay the following month.
But I also stated that it was okay if they couldn't, because I understand that they're running a business as well, and it wouldnt be fair to them.
I also offered them proof, the police report I made, so that they wouldn't feel cheated.
But I was surprised, and very very very extremely touched when they all sent caring and concerned replies back, and told me that it wouldnt be a problem to reserve those items for me.
- Hey girl, I understand your condition, but I only can reserved for 3 days max, I have 5 partners and I'm not the major one. So I have reserved max days for you, so sorry to heard that but business is business, I send my condolences on your loss. The bikini I can reserved it for you, but I'm so sorry the black butterflies I cant. Thanks for your co-operation, have a nice day and hope you can recover from your loss asap. (: we care for our customers ! :D

- It's ok with us. We might run a business but we're human too. And it is inhumane to disregard such things. We're totally sorry for your lost. One of our staff just got snatched in Solaris, Mont Kiara recently. She was devastated. She lost everythin including her precious camera.
So we totally understand babe. Just sort everything important first ya. And when everything is in order, the bag will be ready for you alright? No worries. Hope everything will turn out fine and police will be able to find the culprit. Just be safe and be extra careful ok?

OMG, are you alright? It's alright, you take your time. I will reserve the denim for you. It is not going anywhere as it has you name sealed on it already. No worries about it.
No need proof, I believe you because similar thing happened to me too a couple of years back. Mine was worse because they stole my passport and my car.
I do hope they catch the culprit that stole your stuffs and BAD karma will cast upon that person.

Omg what's wrong with people here nowadays =_= I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you, it must suck and you must feel really lost and traumatised now :( I am really really sorry to hear that happened to you, have just no heart. So touched. Especially when I was still kind of in deep shock a few days after.
And I kept to my word, I have since made the respective payments to those sellers and am currently waiting for my items :)
There is also another seller, ABLINC., who was extremely understanding.
I am a faithful reader of this site, and I have read about the controversies regarding her and the bazaar issue.
But I disregarded it and I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, I decided to not judge without knowing her from personal experience first, I didn't think it was fair to her.
So I wanted to place pre-orders for 3 of her bags, but like I said, the break-in.
But I really adored her items, so I brought the matter up to her, and asked if I could pre order those bags, pay a minimal amount of deposit first, leave the bags I pre-ordered with her until I finish making my payment and then only I'll collect the bags from her.
Dear omg,first of all, are u okay??? gosh, no worries dear..Wow..speechless..may i ask where u staying dear? i gotta be on my alert.goodness me.. dont worry dear, u just bank in whatever amount you have first,and i will restock the item for u ok? *hugs**I trust u. =)
And all these reasons, are why I am now here, penning this letter down. :)
All these 6 sellers are truly responsible and polite, and it kinda shows a different side to sellers, that they're not just profit making machines, that they care.
