Announcement

The current management behind the FT team is different now.
U all may be wondering why did we switch from BoF to FT, here's several reasons.

1. the layout in FT is so much easier and organized. (we can't seem to find a good layout for BoF)
2. FT already have its own logo, and most people have already linked FT.

Do note that we have ammended the notes at the sidebar etc. ya.

Thank u.! Email us at : fashion.truth@gmail.com

hi FT!

been wanting to write this email for a looooong time, but the internet in my hostel pretty much sucks and my email couldn't load, hmph.

anyway, i just want to mention this two particular online boutiques that provided me exceptionally excellent service, and then some!

the first online boutique i ever purchased from was klasik chenta; i got a jeans dress from her which i loved to bits!
the owner was really friendly, and i got the item really quickly too!
however, much to my disappointment, there was a slight defect on the sewing that the owner forgot to mention about. i sms-ed her to clarify, and she quickly apologised and offered me a small discount the next time i shop from her! though it may not be much, but she made an applaudable effort to keep her customers happy!

and to be frank, because she made my first online-shopping experience very pleasant, this gave me the confidence to shop online more often!

the next shop is tangerine loft.
i reserved a different dress from her, and asked for the measurements.
she told me she was busy at work and that she'll reply me that night.

however, when i got the reply, i confirmed with her that i couldn't fit, and cancelled the reservation. the owner was sooo nice; talking with her alone makes me want to buy something from her for her courtesy! and so i did, as i stumbled across a dress that has been reserved for as long as i can remember. when i asked her about it, she told me that the customer who has reserved it has disappeared for weeks, so it's open for purchase. joys of joy! i quickly reserved the dress, (which incidently, only costed rm10 without postage) and opted for pos laju.

however, when she sent out the parcel, she told me that she used pos express because she has an envelope left. i didn't mind so much, but i was worried that the parcel may get lost halfway and i'll be upset because it was a really cute dress! and that dress was meant as a birthday present to me from my best friend! but i must say kudos to her, because she checked the tracking code online and sms-ed me almost every day to confirm if the package has arrived. and thank goodness, it did!

i happily tore the parcel open, but i was shocked to see two packages inside.

i only remembered ordering a dress from her, so the smaller package is a mystery to me.
i opened the smaller package first, and to my surprise, there was a knitted hat and an envelope!
and in the envelope, it was a birthday card! i felt so touched then; she read my blog (told her i featured the dress there) and decided to hand me an early birthday gift! and to think i don't know her personally.

she has totally taken kindness (and also PR) to a whole new level!

undeniably, i was very pleased with her service, and also with the hat that matched my dress!
:D i highly recommend these two online boutiques to be visited if you love vintage as much as i do!
:D
