Announcement

The current management behind the FT team is different now.
U all may be wondering why did we switch from BoF to FT, here's several reasons.

1. the layout in FT is so much easier and organized. (we can't seem to find a good layout for BoF)
2. FT already have its own logo, and most people have already linked FT.

Do note that we have ammended the notes at the sidebar etc. ya.

dear FT,
i write to u regarding BlogShop owners who take ages to reply mails/text messages.
i've been online shopping for quite awhile and so far, i think that House of Allure takes the most time to reply emails. they take more than 2 days to reply! it's really not good for me as i really really interested in one of their item and i keep on checking my mail to see whether they reply. i even text message them but they only replied my message the very next day. if that's the case, why put their contact number down when they reply so slow?

i suggest that other blogshops do not let customers wait for their reply for to long. as for text messages, the fact that the seller states their contact number on their website, i supposed it can be refered as their "official number" whereby it'll be replied soonest possible. leaving numbers on websites is different than giving the customer personally. because leaving it on the website indirectly implies that messages will be replied soonest possible, which also means, approximately within an hour. giving phone numbers to customer personally is more like the number is the seller's personal numbers and it doesn't matter if they take long time to reply.
anyway back to the topic, i urge sellers to reply text messages soonest possible as it's really annoying & irritating to keep on waiting and waiting.

clarification from House of Allure

i would say that allergation is not true.
yes, at times i do take time to reply, both e-mail & sms.
e-mail of course, bcoz i'm not online all the time. and some times, some of the e-mails goes to spam box.
if they sms during office hour, i will try my best to reply asap but if not, will only reply once ofice hour is over. just dont want to have conflict of interest and focus on office work at the office, if u know what i mean. btw, mind u, since i put up my no. on the blog, only few ppl sms me and i replied them on the same day.
and recently, we all have lots of public holidays and i was away. maybe those who r not satisfied, e-mailed me during that period. yes, that period of time, i was late replying all my customers e-mail, but all has been replied.
but so far, nobody has come up to me either by e-mail or sms, complaining about this. would prefer if they tell me straight instead of 3rd party. to me that's the way it should be. if it still doesn't work, then only they should channel their frustaration to other medium. no offense, just a thought...
nways, thanx a lot FT for this e-mail. at least i know where should i improve to give better service to my virtual customer.

Hohoho..normally, as a frequent shoppers myself, i will lost interest on the items if there's no fast response eithe rby email or sms within 24 hours. ;).well, i prefer seller who can response on time and have a sense of urgency to reply all shopper's questions, etc. No offense, just my opinions. :D

Well few days is acceptable la, coz it is acceptable that someone is away from email for few days without notice, urgent leh maybe. As for sms, if in office, the seller sure need to go back home, check the product available or not baru can reply ma. Haha. Chill, i think few days is acceptable, more than a week is suck.
