Seller 41
From Dandy Showy Dresser
Dear FT,
Our blogshop has been following your blog :) Anyway, all these while we've read so much about complaints and clarifications that we thought we should send happy posts :)
The story's like this:
This buyer, called Fairyha ordered one of our clothes called Grab! . She filled in the order form and asked us to sms her about the banking details so we did. :) she then replied to ask if we do COD around Serdang/Cheras area. We told her that we don't, and said we only do CODs at Kelana Jaya LRT station if the need arises - so she agreed to COD with us there on Friday.
When Friday came, we sent her an sms to remind her and she said she'd be late for about 15 mins. It was raining so it's understandable.
She got lost finding her way to KJ lrt station, and when she has finally reached, her phone ran out of battery. she called me from a public phone and said she has reached. so I met up with her after waiting for quite sometime, not knowing how to contact her and that cute malay babe came running to me! She wanted Grab! in two colours so i gave her another one which she chose, and she gave me RM 60 when it was actually only RM 58 for 2. I insisted on giving her the change but SHE on the other hand, insisted as well.
It's really not about the RM 2, it's about how a customer would go through so much trouble to buy something from a blogshop, and still came with such cheery smiles and gratitude. Customers like that are very nice to deal with :) Us sellers are human beings with feelings too, so it's nice to know that there're such nice customers out there. Kudos to her :) she actually kinda cheered me up!
Just writing to thank her, nothing much actually. and to tell the other customers who have done something similar that little gestures like this DO make the seller happy. :)
goodnight! ;)

*blushes*
I have been following FT for quite some time now. Never did I thought of reading my own story here! ^^
Well, for starters, I was feeling extremely guilty for being SO late, it was almost an hour from the arranged time. On top of that my phone battery ran out and that would leave you wondering where I have disappeared.
It just happens to be my not-so-lucky day. I got off from work a bit too late and my friend who was supposed to accompany me had to cancel at the last minute. It would definitely be much easier with him around because he is a bit more familiar with Kelana Jaya than I was. Anyhow, I finally arrived at the COD place but as my dead phone wasn't of any help, I headed to 7-Eleven and asked where the nearest public phone was. Which was in the LRT station itself, opposite the COD place. Fortunately, I memorized your phone number just before my battery went dead. Then, I managed to call you, informing that I have arrived.
So, anyway, when I met you, I was actually expecting you to be mad for wasting your time and made you wait for almost an hour. Instead you were all nice and friendly, not a single hint of being annoyed after all the waiting. And the RM2 was really nothing to compare to the kind of customer service you were giving me (I have read that some blogshops would even charge a penalty fee for being late for a COD session).
Even after I went home that night, I still feel bad for making you wait for such a long time. Truthfully, I was quite intimidated by your friend who seemed a bit angry but I don't blame him. Who wouldn't after waiting for someone you've never met for almost an hour. However, it is such a relief to know that you didn't judge me by this unfortunate incident. Just for the record, I was meaning to write an apology email to you today since I didn't have access to the internet last weekend. But instead I got an email from you and I came around to read this post and it really made my day.
It was indeed a pleasure meeting you!
P/S: I loved the two Grab!s I bought from you ^^
