Dear FT and everyone out there,

well this is my first time pposting out something like this. Yea, what I wanna said is, I'm really surprised by round-bean, well is an e-shop that sells accessories, and they customize it for you.

It was my first time to purchase anklet and necklace there, fyi i ask them to customize it for me too. So i was kinda fussy with my customization, as I'm not really good in these, anyway their service is superb and once they finished my items, the posted it up and informed me. Honestly I love the items that they customize it for me. Well with me such kind of fussy buyer, and with the seller dealing with me is very very patient. And she is very considerate, because it tooks a few days different banks to transfer money.

So i received my item yesterday and guess what. Everything is in good condition, but there is something extra inside. So i thought maybe she accidentally left other items inside so i asked her and she told me that is actually a free gift. I was soo surprised, that I can actually get a free gift from them, and is my first time purchasing their item. Although is just a simple phone strap, but is soo lovely. I love it soo much. As a first time buyer, I've never ever received a free gift from any e-shop and this is my first time!! Other than that, she is very understanding too, as I asked her to customize another bracelet for me again, but I am broke this month so I told her my condition wheter can I pay it to her once get my salary, and she is okay with it. Well what I can say is their service towards a customer is very very very good. So i decided to post it up here to let everyone know and support roundbean!!

Other than that, I've been reading alot of stories regarding to lushserendipity, actually i'm a buyer from there. I've purchase their items 2 times from there, and so far there is no problem at all and she even send it to my house for COD, as my house is quite near to her place. Maybe there might be a little misunderstanding between her an other buyers, but honeslty she is good, and her service is not bad. Well people do support her yea.
