Dear FT,
During the 3k inn bazaar 2 weeks ago *I went on Friday*, I bought a top from Lush Serendipity. It was under clearance and of course, the price is really a good bargain so immediately I bought it without checking it.
So when I went home, I tried on the top and to my dismay, the top is totally distorted. It slant one side so I couldn't wear it at all. There's also a small hole but it's not obvious so I wouldn't mind at all. Immediately I smsed LS and also emailed her along with the pictures. She replied me saying that she'll check her email the next day cos she's already resting. *I'm still keeping her sms*
Few days pass and no reply from her. I thought maybe she's busy with the bazaar and I didn't want to sound so "bossy" *I've read through the readers' stories* and don't want to like keep pestering her too.
After waiting for like a week, I smsed her and emailed her again, asking whether did she get my mail or not. No reply.
It's my fault too for not checking the top. But I think as a seller, you should at least check the clothes put up for sale whether is still in good condition or not. Sometimes, it makes me thinks that maybe the clothes under her clearance section are clothes under bad condition. But if so, this is so wrong.
So now I'm writing here, cos I doubt she'll reply me until I got this up in FT, especially after reading more stories about LS. Hopefully can get her to reply soon.
Thank you FT for helping.

no clarification received from LS regarding this matter.

sigh...u again LS..so popular at FT...get a reality check miss.
I don't know what's up with LS, but in this situation, it's a bazaar, and stock clearance for certain sellers, things like that occur..so I guess buyer have to be cautious.
Hi, I am a new e-seller and just came across this site. Was reading through all the posts about LS and some othr online experiences and was very surprised by all the drama. Almost as good as TVB drama. ;p
In this case however, since it was a bazaar and the customer had seen the clothing themselves, I think LS will not be entirely wrong if she did not want to refund fully as there was no giving out of wrong information or misleading info. Maybe it does not fit that particular customer but it fits other sizes. However, I think it is wrong that she is missing in action again, as previously! She really should stop doing that, its very unethical and unprofessional. Sometimes a customer just wants a good clarification, not a refund so she should not avoid her customer's complaints! As for clearance stuff, I think e-sellers should tell if there is a defect on the clothing and hence the cheaper price. For example, I have a vest at my blog which I am selling for a cheaper price because of some minor manufacturing defect but I make sure to include that info in my posts and customers can ask me for details personally. As a seller, I will not dare provide this kind of service as it is a competitive market. Why should customers buy from you when you offer lousy services when there is so many othr blogshops to choose from. And as a buyer myself, I will avoid any seller with bad reputation (especially since confirmed by so many parties) at all costs. There is no piece of clothing worth that much of hassle and pain. So shop wisely, babes!
hey,ive personally bought a shoe from them, and they were totally nice people, did cod with them, they wanted to do at night coz they're quite busy..but since i cnt go out at night they are kind enough to send one of their friend to do cod for me AND they even gave a RM10 off discount..hw awesome is that? not all blogshops often give that much discount! so really, its just the matter of how fussy the buyer is,and as for the whole MIA part i guess she's just blur in what to reply.lol
