New layout looking good! I've been an FT reader from day 1 but have never been felt compelled to write in until a recent exceptional experience with a blogshop lately, namely My Clothes Affair (MCA).

Throughout the couple of weeks to the ASD B'day Bash bazaar COD, she entertained my dozens of emails and text messages, with more questions, changes in reservation and shameless request for discounts and photos. Even up til late the night before the bazaar, I was still adding more items to the list.
In turn, she kept me updated with new stock and promotions, quoted me the best possible prices and, when she went stock-hunting, always remembered to ask me if there's anything I want. If that isn't top-notch customer service, I don't know what is.
At the bazaar itself, she dug out all the different variations of a pattern and let me take my time making up my mind. On the spot, she gave me whopping discounts, with friendly chatter and a winning smile too.
I urge customers to appreciate and encourage sellers who are playing their part above and beyond what is expected of them. I tried my best to pull in friends, so much so that one of them called me a broker lol!
If anyone is looking for quality customer service, I certainly highly recommend MCA.
