i think that sellers should generally be aware of the concerns of the buyers. we have to see what sort of problems the buyers are facing, what are their main concern about the item.

for example, if the customer is concern about the bust size of the item, the seller should answer the question accurately. providing pit-to-pit measurements may not be sufficient as the type of materials play a big role too. the seller is the one selling the clothes and the customer cannot feel and touch the material and judge it for themselves. some material are stretchable, some material are not stretchable, some material are flowy, some are not flowy. i do think that these do contribute to what bust size the item can fit.

therefore i suggest, blogshop owners simply tell the bust size of the model. i know that some of the "stats" of the model are displayed on the blog itself, but to be accurate, state the cup size as well. dont have to display all these info on the blogpage, simply provide these information to the customers when ask for it, or when u sense the need for the customers to know this information.

and also, another example, if the customer is concern about whether a big size person can fit, whether a broad shoulder person can fit nicely, sellers can simply state their opinion, provide more information about the material, but lastly leave the purchasing decision to the buyer, and not push and persuade them to buy. providing accurate information is very much needed.

i agree with the "non refundable" policy. but both sellers and buyers have to play a role. the buyers have to ask enough questions, and the sellers should provide accurate answers. and sellers should also be sensitive enough to provide information EVEN when they were not asked. not all buyers know what sort of question to ask.
