Reader 165
hi FT
Regarding Reader 153 & seller problem. I do understand how she feels when a seller rush things, provide inaccurate information, just so the seller can sell off their clothes fast. I believe many buyers encountered same problems like this.
Just an advice for other sellers who may face the same situation, treat your customers as your friends.
Let's say you are not sure what size is your top, tell the customer you are not sure.
Let's say you are not 100% sure what size the customer is, ASK.
as sellers, we shouldn't simply assumeLet's say you are not 100% sure what size the customer is, ASK.
If she still insist on buying 3, why not advice her to get one first?
If such actions were taken, maybe Reader 153 would be praising your customer service here now, rather than writing in a complaint.
Even though this is just an online service, we should always treat our customers like how we wanted to be treated by other sellers. Do you agree with me?
Anyways, for buyers that want to sell off their goods, which they are not so satisfied, feel free to drop by www.e-vogue.blogspot.com
We will assist you in selling them. :)
