Announcement

The current management behind the FT team is different now.
U all may be wondering why did we switch from BoF to FT, here's several reasons.

1. the layout in FT is so much easier and organized. (we can't seem to find a good layout for BoF)
2. FT already have its own logo, and most people have already linked FT.

Do note that we have ammended the notes at the sidebar etc. ya.

Thank u.! Email us at : fashion.truth@gmail.com

dear FT,
i write to u regarding BlogShop owners who take ages to reply mails/text messages.
i've been online shopping for quite awhile and so far, i think that House of Allure takes the most time to reply emails. they take more than 2 days to reply! it's really not good for me as i really really interested in one of their item and i keep on checking my mail to see whether they reply. i even text message them but they only replied my message the very next day. if that's the case, why put their contact number down when they reply so slow?

i suggest that other blogshops do not let customers wait for their reply for to long. as for text messages, the fact that the seller states their contact number on their website, i supposed it can be refered as their "official number" whereby it'll be replied soonest possible. leaving numbers on websites is different than giving the customer personally. because leaving it on the website indirectly implies that messages will be replied soonest possible, which also means, approximately within an hour. giving phone numbers to customer personally is more like the number is the seller's personal numbers and it doesn't matter if they take long time to reply.
anyway back to the topic, i urge sellers to reply text messages soonest possible as it's really annoying & irritating to keep on waiting and waiting.

---------------------
clarification from House of Allure

i would say that allergation is not true.
yes, at times i do take time to reply, both e-mail & sms.
e-mail of course, bcoz i'm not online all the time. and some times, some of the e-mails goes to spam box.
if they sms during office hour, i will try my best to reply asap but if not, will only reply once ofice hour is over. just dont want to have conflict of interest and focus on office work at the office, if u know what i mean. btw, mind u, since i put up my no. on the blog, only few ppl sms me and i replied them on the same day.
and recently, we all have lots of public holidays and i was away. maybe those who r not satisfied, e-mailed me during that period. yes, that period of time, i was late replying all my customers e-mail, but all has been replied.
but so far, nobody has come up to me either by e-mail or sms, complaining about this. would prefer if they tell me straight instead of 3rd party. to me that's the way it should be. if it still doesn't work, then only they should channel their frustaration to other medium. no offense, just a thought...
nways, thanx a lot FT for this e-mail. at least i know where should i improve to give better service to my virtual customer.

Hi FT,

in one of your Alternatives, i was really really attracted to one top. but Like Seriously was selling at too high a price, so i didn't buy from them. i dont spent more than RM45 on a top especially through online shopping.

anyway, somehow i managed to find out that Little Miss Eggie was also selling the exact same top at almost half the price!!! they're selling it at RM35 including postage. i was really really happy to have found that piece. initially all their pieces were reserved/sold out, i told the owner to put me on the waiting list and notify me once if they manage to restock it.

to my surprise, they manage to bring it in for me! i was so happy. so i paid up immediately and gave them all my details. i asked when would the parcel arrive, they said between 12-1pm the next day

through enough, it arrived between that time frame of 12-1pm. how accurate. but what amazed me was, the packaging! it was really packed nicely. it was first wrapped in a plastic, together with the invoice. and the plastic was placed in another bag (i think material is called recycled bag, because it's recyclable), and the bag actually had their shop name printed!!

from what i see, their cost are rather high. personalized bag, name card, invoice, and free postage! free ABX express. i think it cost more than Pos Laju too. and they charge at really really reasonable prices! means to say they're not all that profit driven!

oh and also, the top cost Rm35, so i thought maybe it's a different supplier compared to Like Seriously or maybe the top is of different material (who knows right...) so i wasn't really expecting a top that is of good quality. i mean, my expectations weren't that high. but the top that i received, well, it exceeded my expectations. i pretty much think that it's the same one as Like Seriously as that kind of top can be sold at a high price if bought outside (my pure assumptions ya!).

overall, i'm really more than satisfied with their service. sometimes it's just not about the top/dress, the packaging matters a lot too. it really would make a customer even happier . it's like, the cherry on the cake!

** the invoice has all my details. it's really really personalized. i felt as if they really go all out to make a customer feel special.

i'm not sure how others would feel about the invoice issue, but i certainly do feel happy about it.

Hi Fashion Truth,

This is my first time writing here & it was Bunny Noo excellent service that has prompted me to share about my first time experience shopping with them. The seller, Pearl is a different seller. Most sellers would be more on profit-oriented or should I say, they want the transaction to become a deal. There's nothing wrong with that as they're doing businesses. I was having problem deciding whether to purchase the dress from her a not because the price was a bit pricey but at the same time, I'm afraid that it'll be sold out. I emailed her asking several questions & told her my concerns, she took care of my welfare & advice me to take my time to think about it & not to rush. When I received the reply, it was an unexpected one & I straight away email her saying that I want it. She's really the nicest seller I deal with so far.

Moreso, she's very trustworthy. When she say the material is superb, it 's superb. When she say that it's a quality piece, she means it. This is very important as before that, I've a bad experience regarding the material. The seller said that it's made of superb quality & then when I received it, the satin is very thin & when I zip or unzip it, you can see the threads like going to come off. It was only meant to be worn once. But Bunny Noo's dress is simply made of superb quality. Maybe that's the reason, the price is a bit higher but it will give you satisfaction.

I just received it today & I'm already writing in to Fashion Truth to compliment on her excellent service. She cod with me in a place that is of my convenience & didn't charge me extra. It was raining cats & dogs, yet she's able to deliver it to me well. I believe I didn't have to check because throughout my conversation with her via email, I trust that she's a very responsible & customer-oriented seller. Thanks for such a nice shopping experience with you & it's a pleasure to shop with you again :)

Dear FT

I've been your avid reader, and I saw the post from Sugerkins. I would want to give two thumbs up for their service. I've purchased their statement tees and no doubt the quality is very good. I've been washing their tees over and over again, and there're absolutely no problem with the condition. I love their statement tees as the cutting is nice and trust me, their statements are cool too.

Anyway, speaking of their service, I used to order two tees from them, and opted for pos ekspress cos they offered free postage for 2 items above..or RM 50 purchases above (I can't seem to remember) but anyway, as you know, pos ekspress doesnt require any signature. When Sugerkins owner e-mailed me that she has sent the item, I'd been waiting excitedly for the postage to arrive. 1 day later, there's no parcel, there went the 2nd day, 3rd day and so forth. So I decided to send her an e-amil regarding this issue, she told me that she would come back to me to resolve the issue. Not long after, she sent an e-mail and said she had called the Pos Malaysia about the parcel, and they told her they have sent the item to my house but yet in reality, there's no such incident. So Sugerkins told me to wait for few more days and again to no avail.

Despite in her policy in her blog stating there'll be no refund for any lost in delivery, she was so kind to offer to replace another two tees for the lost I'd suffered. Although I'd insisted that this would not be fair for her, she told me that she understand how it feels like to not have the items I wanted to be deliver on my doorstep. She only asked for PosLaju payment for the 2 new set of tees and no additional charge for those two tees. 2 days after, I got the two replacement tees via PosLaju. Goodness gracious, the tees I got were so wonderful and haha I'm wearing it now while typing this e-mail.

In conclusion, Sugerkins has taken the additional step in making customers happy and despite there're risks that some buyers would just lie about the lost to get the replacement, Sugerkins has place faith on their customers which gives an additional point on their great service. I hope this post will not give an idea to other buyers to take advantage on good sellers like Sugerkins

Cheers to Sugerkins :)

Hi all,

We wished to clarify that the seller that reader 173 mentioned is not us. I hope buyers would not mistake this seller with us as we’re selling My Boyfren Tee (people might mistake it for the BF Tee mentioned by reader 173) for RM25 too. Thanks a lot.
Xoxo, Sugerkins
