The current management behind the FT team is different now.
U all may be wondering why did we switch from BoF to FT, here's several reasons.

1. the layout in FT is so much easier and organized. (we can't seem to find a good layout for BoF)
2. FT already have its own logo, and most people have already linked FT.

Do note that we have ammended the notes at the sidebar etc. ya.

hi guys,

I've always been a keen follower of Fashion Truth ... and the whole online shopping community in general, because I'm a pretty avid online shopper myself.

I'm always intrigued by all the drama and whatnot ... XD as a mere consumer, I find it quite eye-opening that so many things actually happen "behind the scenes" ... lol. But I'm not here to condemn or complain about anything. :) I'd just like to share my two cents and experience with you guys!

One blogshop that I'd really really like to talk about is www.phatculture.com ... I've bought a couple of items from them, and they're such gems! Really friendly, and accomodating. They never take long to reply my emails / SMSes and their service is really one of the better ones out there. I've always liked their clothes and found their pictures gorgeous, but what prompted me to write this email was this experience:

I'd recently bought a top from them and 'coz I was too busy to arrange for a COD, I opted for pos ekspress. They delivered it the next day and provided me with the tracking number ... but for some reason, I didn't get the delivery. I informed them about it, but didn't expect any refunds or anything, because I know that most blogshops have this policy that any delivery error isn't their fault ... I was even thinking to myself: 'this is the last time I'm buying anything online!'. but to my surprise, the Phat Culture owners were extremely concerned and helped me track the item by calling the post office and stuff.

In the end, I didn't get the delivery ... but without me asking for it, they offered me a full refund! But they managed to restock the item that I purchased, and they re-sent it to me ... and I got my parcel :) :) I was really quite surprised at how nice they were, going to the extent of absorbing the costs just to ensure that I get my purchase! They not only have affordable clothes, good pictures, but their owners are one of those 'genuine' ones too who really go the extra mile ...

And yes, this has definitely been one of the experiences that makes me continue to shop online, despite the risks. ;) Beyond all the dissatisfaction and drama ... there are really good blogshops out there who provide their best and make shopping online a fun and worthwhile experience for us!
