To Reader 163, the victim:
BSA stated "I guess it shouldnt be a problem" which means clearly that she's unsure if it will fit you perfectly.
A UK10 is equivalent to a L size person. But then again, some L size girls may have bigger bust and you might have fallen into that category. Since you claim that you are a seller yourself, you should know that when it comes to curiousity of a buyer, they tend to inquire more about the particular item they are interested in. I'm quite surprise you didn't reply BSA this -- "Are you sure it shouldnt be a problem? Because my bust is (bust size, eg 36b)" Then maybe she could have adviced you. Again as a seller, I'm sure you know that we are no mind readers. You may have said that you are bit worried about the bust area but how is she supposed to know what was your bust size? in my opinion, i think It's partly your fault for not inquiring more as a customer.
"Buy at your own risk" and "No refund or exchange" policies meant to protect our business. BSA asked which colour would you wanna reserve and instead of inquiring more about the particular item, you replied a confirmation email saying that you want all three colours. Those two policies mentioned above are thus applied because you agreed to purchase the items without further inquiring. and i dont think BSA should refund all three of it. Why? First of, it wasnt her fault for not giving you more advice. You didnt ask. Second, she mentioned "I GUESS...." which means she wasnt very sure like I've mentioned earlier. Yet, you agreed to buy. I see no lines in the conversation between you and BSA that proves to us she actually cheated. General measurements such as length and broadness were given, fitting sizes were given. All she missed out was one advice, the bust area. Thirdly, that two policies are there for a reason, which we all clearly know what it means.
"dear friends, i am just dissapointed in such act. (wouldn't you be angry if you were in my shoes?)"
To Seller, BSA.
When your buyer mentioned about "bust area", did it occur to you to ask what was her bust size? This is a common thing to do when buyers are concern about certain areas. I had one customer who was clueless of what colour to choose in order to avoid looking chubby and one that will match her dark blue jeans. I was unsure how chubby she was and how dark her jeans were. I gave her my opinion but in order to avoid her from regretting buying from me, I asked her to send me photos of her wearing the jeans (obviously with a top, and obviously only if she's comfortable in sending it) Maybe you should do that too if you would like to avoid unneccessary attacks like that. I dont blame you though. Like I said, we are not mind readers. =)
Do accept my sincere apologies if I've offended any. I'm just sharing my two cents.
